Faith provides research support, technical assistance, and project management for a variety of research and practice initiatives. She has experience working with youth through mentorship and residential assistance and program coordination. She offers expertise in research and project coordination and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology from St. Olaf College. Faith is committed to youth development work and the mission and vision of Search Institute aligns with her personal and professional values.
