Before founding Fahren, a digital talent consultancy, Jim was the President at GoKart Labs, a leading digital product studio and venture accelerator. He previously led digital marketing at General Mills and Ameriprise Financial. He proudly serves on the board of directors for Search Institute, CaringBridge and the DGS foundation. Jim loves the web and the opportunities it is creating for people and businesses to make the world better.
