Like roots, an interrelated network of strong and healthy relationships among educators offers connection, stability, encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to thrive.

Critical elements that foster positive E2E relationships are Actions, Beliefs, and Connections. They’re all interrelated, synergistically nurturing a thriving school tree. Each one has three, more nuanced subthemes.
