Ella builds relationships with the many organizations that Search Institute serves and helps them discover solutions that fit their needs. Ella is passionate about creating opportunities and optimal experiences for young people to succeed and feel empowered. She is an advocate for young people and is energized by Search Institute’s work in creating practical strategies for adults to build meaningful connections with youth. Ella has experience engaging with young people including mentorship with medical social workers to connect families with needed resources and interventions. Ella has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a double major in Psychology.
