Honorine manages Search Institute projects at the portfolio level, seeking to ensure all projects are completed within time, scope, and budget. She has 13 years of experience contributing to projects as a project supervisor, program manager and project manager. Honorine holds an MBA with specialization in Project Management. Before joining Search Institute, Honorine was a project manager at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, focusing on the redesign of the Children’s Emergency Shelter, which offered stability to youth who were removed from traumatic circumstances. She joined Search Institute because she is an advocate for empowering future generations to be confident and in control of their lives.
