Jacob Timmons, MFA
Learning Experience Specialist
Jacob designs content and delivery of professional learning experiences. He has previous experience in arts education, youth program design and evaluation, instructional design, and group facilitation. Jacob holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in ensemble-based physical theatre from Dell’Arte International and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jacob specializes in participant experience, human-centered design, and translating ideas into actions. Through his background in education and community arts he understands the importance of supporting young people to ensure they thrive as their best selves and joined the Search Institute team to turn that belief into action.
