Justin Roskopf
Senior Continuous Improvement Manager
Justin provides leadership for Search Institute’s survey services and data-focused applied partnerships. He also supports schools, programs, and other youth-serving organizations with their research integration and utilization efforts. Justin joined Search Institute in 2011 after working as a program evaluator at the regional and state levels in Minnesota. Justin brings experience in survey development, data interpretation and utilization, and program evaluation, as well as experiences with mixed methods, measure development, and emphasizing the practical application of research and data. Justin has a masters in public policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Justin values helping youth-serving organizations create better spaces to promote positive youth development, authentically engage youth, and use data to inform practice.
