Karla Marszalik
Survey Services Specialist
Karla supports Search Institute’s survey clients throughout their survey administration process. Prior to joining the team at Search Institute, Karla worked in youth after school programs, study abroad recruitment, and university admissions. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Public Health from Leiden University and Master of Education degree in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Karla’s personal mission aligns with the Search Institute mission and vision and she appreciates how the organization’s work continues to make a positive impact on youth development.
