Kelly Flynn

Research Coordinator

As a Research Project Coordinator, Kelly is part of the Project Management team at Search institute. She is responsible for coordinating project budgets and timelines, as well as communicating with research partners and coordinating qualitative interviews. As a former teacher, Kelly understands the role of youth-serving practitioners and the importance of relationship building with young people. As a researcher who worked closely with Dr. Angela Duckworth at Character Lab, she also understands the need for research-backed strategies and solutions. Kelly graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology. She is excited to be a part of an applied research organization like Search Institute in order to help educators and youth-serving individuals promote positive youth development.
