Megen Hoenk
Senior Marketing and Communications Manager
Megen manages marketing and communications needs across the Search Institute Organization. She has been a communicator for 20 years, and got her start in public radio as a reporter and news director. She managed communications and external affairs for the North Carolina Community College System and most recently served as Director of Corporate Communications for the North Carolina Railroad Company. Megen believes Search Institute's work with positive youth development is incredibly important to ensuring all young people thrive.
