Pedagogical Partnership
Engage a student consultant to help you improve your teaching.
In a pedagogical partnership, a teacher and a student work together to improve the teachers’ practice. The pedagogical partnership can focus on a particular aspect of the teachers’ work, such as “getting more students to participate effectively in group discussions,” or it can take a broad view of the teachers’ practice. Pedagogical partnerships are sustained over the course of a semester or a year, with the pair meeting regularly, at least once a week.
