Random Acts of Kindness
Cultivate happiness in yourself and other educators.
We all know it feels good to give and receive random acts of kindness, but recent research shows that small gestures matter even more than we think. This week, perform an act of kindness every day for other educators and support staff at school. It doesn’t matter if the acts are big or small, but it is more powerful if you perform a variety of acts.
