Self-Compassion (E2E)
Cultivate self-compassion to help manage stressful and challenging situations.
Offering compassion inward to yourself can yield beneficial results for educators in particular, who regularly face underappreciation, overwork, and burnout. This activity will allow you to practice using self-compassion as a tool for effectively managing work-related stress.
