Chen-Yu Wu
Data Manager
In his work at Search Institute, Chen-Yu manages survey design, data cleaning, quantitative data analysis, manuscripts and deliverables, and archival of data from closed projects. Prior to joining Search Institute in 2014, he worked as a paralegal, an archivist in a data repository, and an instructor of research methods and statistical analysis in the Sociology Department of the University of Minnesota. Chen-Yu has expertise in quantitative project management, survey design, and data analysis and holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. He considers the relationships young people form to be pivotal in the trajectories of their lives and appreciates the opportunity Search Institute provides to contribute to its mission of positive youth development and ensuring all young people can access opportunities for success.
