By enrolling and participating in a Search Institute Workshop, you agree as follows:
Search Institute owns the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark, in all workshop materials (“Workshop Materials”). Upon completion of a Workshop, Search Institute grants participants a limited, nontransferable license to use these materials for personal, noncommercial purposes within their own organization.
Participants may reproduce materials from the Workshop Workbook for use with their own staff and students within their organization only.
You may not:
Distribute copies for sale or use outside your organization
Perform or display Workshop Materials publicly
Record any portion of the Workshop
Translate Workshop Materials without written permission
Authorize others to engage in any of the above
All Workshop content, tools, and processes are proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized recording, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
