Kristen provides oversight in the hiring and onboarding of new employees and works with staff on engagement and improvement processes across the organization to ensure the Search Institute team is effective. She has significant experience in support roles, process improvement and management, and operations and training development. Kristen is skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. She is solution oriented and proactively works to problem solve and address challenges in order to help others be successful. Kristen appreciates the impact Search Institute makes in the lives of youth and is proud to be part of an organization dedicated to making a difference.
