Essentials of Asset Building for Trainers and Facilitators
Learn how to build and deepen meaningful relationships in your community. Essentials of Asset Building for Trainers and Facilitators is a two-day “training of trainers” workshop, that will prepare facilitators and trainers from your organization to lead two Search Institute designed workshops that introduce the Developmental Assets Framework to their community. It is a proven way to identify and build the relationships and contexts that help young people develop into successful, contributing adults.
Building a Strong Foundation
Research consistently shows that young people from all backgrounds do better when they have a strong foundation of Developmental Assets® in their lives. Developmental Assets® are a set of 40 research-based strengths and supports that enable young people to develop into successful and contributing adults. We want to introduce as many people as possible to the powerful role that asset builders play in young people’s lives.
