It Takes All of Us: Cultivating A Relationship-Rich Organization
The commitment to building positive relationships among adults and youth is strong and is considered a highly important part of youth-serving organizations’ missions. Yet, many schools, organizations and programs are lacking the supporting structures needed to make that commitment come alive. The relational climate and culture of an organization, how rooted it is in relationships, grows when barriers to thriving are removed and supporting structures are strengthened. In this learning experience, participants will reflect on adult-to-adult relationships and the program context as a relational ecosystem where young people can thrive.
