Growing Relationship-Rich Organizations
Growing Relationship-Rich Organizations is a five-minute and 20-second video introducing the way Search Institute partners with five different youth-serving organizations to make developmental relationships an explicit priority organization wide.
Search Institute partners have found that the elements of the developmental relationships framework enabled them to focus on developmental relationships with young people and learn concrete strategies for strengthening them. They report that it motivates them and helps keep them focused on what really matters, while also improving relationships within their own organizations.
These organizations emphasized three strategies to ensure that all young people experience the developmental relationships they need to be resilient and thrive:
Fuel action with the common language using the Developmental Relationships Framework.
Unite your team with a shared commitment to developmental relationships.
Spark hope and possibilities for all youth and families.
